Fir Trees provides personal care to up to 46 people, including older and younger adults, and those living with physical disabilities or dementia. At inspection, 41 people were using the service. The management team demonstrated responsiveness to concerns and addressed issues immediately.

Safe recruitment processes were generally followed, though feedback about staffing levels was mixed, with management committing to continued monitoring. People reported feeling safe, and medicines were safely stored and administered as needed.
