Fieldhead Court accommodates up to 45 older people and those with dementia in a single building, providing residential care and personal support. At inspection, 44 people were using the service. Staff demonstrated strong safeguarding awareness and responded promptly to requests for support. Medicines were stored and administered safely with no concerns raised by residents. The home assessed people's needs upon admission and ensured nutritional and hydration requirements were met through varied meal options. Staff received relevant training for their roles and showed good knowledge of accident and incident response procedures. The service maintained close working relationships with other health professionals to support residents' wellbeing.
