Fieldhead Park

Fieldhead Park is a nursing home providing support to older people living with dementia, nursing needs and physical disabilities. Inspectors previously found breaches around safe care, safeguarding, staffing and governance, but this assessment found these had been resolved, with the service now rated Good overall.

Inspectors found people felt safe, well cared for and treated with kindness and respect, with personalised support and good engagement from staff and leadership. Staffing levels were generally appropriate, though some relatives felt more staff were needed at times, and a few care plans lacked full detail for new staff to follow consistently.
