Aston Manor EMI Residential Home

Aston Manor EMI Residential Home provides personal care for up to 32 older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of the CQC's assessment, 27 people were living at the home.

Inspectors found the service had made the necessary improvements since previous concerns about safe care and governance, and was no longer in breach of regulations. Leadership was visible and effective, with stronger record-keeping and audits in place. Staff were kind and knew people well, there were enough staff on duty, and people and relatives spoke positively about the care, cleanliness and personalised environment.
