Newgate Lodge Care Home

Newgate Lodge Care Home provides accommodation with personal care for up to 60 older people, including those with dementia. The service was supporting 51 residents at the time of inspection.

Staff consistently followed government guidance on infection prevention and control, with effective arrangements in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other infections. All staff had received training on correct use of personal protective equipment and infection control procedures. The management team regularly audited infection control practices to ensure compliance and maintained standards across the service.
