Falstone Manor

Falstone Manor provides personal and nursing care for up to 51 people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 36 people were resident at the home. Residents felt safe and spoke highly of staff and management, with one person noting that staff were "always there and are excellent" and available for conversation. The service had embedded strong infection control processes, with staff following government guidance and wearing appropriate PPE. Staff and visitors had temperature checks and completed risk assessments, while staff and residents participated in regular COVID-19 testing programmes. There were sufficient staff to meet residents' needs, and people were supported to access a range of one-to-one and group activities within the home according to their preferences.
