Hylton View accommodates up to 40 people requiring personal care support, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 39 people were residing there.

Staff demonstrated strong infection prevention practices, having completed relevant training on proper use of personal protective equipment. The home maintained high cleanliness standards, with enhanced cleaning procedures implemented across the service, including frequent touchpoints, to manage COVID-19 risks. The service had effective screening measures in place to ensure visitor safety.
