Alexandra View Care Centre

Alexandra View Care Centre provides residential personal and nursing care to up to 68 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 45 people were using the service.

People confirmed they felt safe living at the home, with the provider conducting assessments of potential risks. Staffing levels were adequate to meet people's needs, and new staff were recruited safely. Staff followed good infection prevention and control practices and had completed relevant training. Incidents, accidents and safeguarding concerns were investigated, with action taken to help keep people safe.

The service supported people to have maximum choice and control of their lives, with staff providing assistance in decision-making.
