Bryony Park provides nursing and personal care for up to 44 people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 39 residents were living there. People and their relatives were very positive about the care, with residents reporting they felt safe and staff had the skills to support them.

Relatives gave positive examples of how staff had helped improve people's lives since moving to the home.

Staff were safely recruited and received induction and training, with staffing capacity sufficient to meet residents' needs. People and relatives were involved in every stage of care planning, and systems were in place to ensure person-centered, safe care. The registered manager maintained an effective quality assurance system with regular audits and checks in place.
