Fairlight Manor

Fairlight Manor provides personal care and support for up to 19 older people, most of whom were living with dementia. At the time of the assessment, 17 people were living at the home. The CQC rated the service Good overall, having previously found breaches relating to safe care and treatment and governance, which have now been resolved.

Inspectors found the home clean, with risks well managed and people protected from abuse or discrimination. Staff knew people well, managed medicines safely and treated residents with kindness, dignity and choice. Activities were available throughout the day, and the provider showed good oversight with a clear commitment to ongoing improvement.
