The Highviews

The Highviews, in Brighton and Hove, provides care and support to people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, sensory impairment or dementia, along with older people and younger adults. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding that risks were managed effectively, staff were well trained and there were enough of them to meet people's needs. Medicines, recruitment and infection control were all handled appropriately.

Inspectors found care was person-centred, with people involved in planning and reviewing their own support and encouraged to maintain independence. People and relatives spoke positively about kind, knowledgeable staff, and leaders promoted an open culture with strong governance and clear routes for raising concerns.
