Cliff Court Care Home

Cliff Court is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 18 people aged 65 and over, with a specialisation in supporting people living with dementia. The service operates from a large detached property split over two floors and was caring for 16 people at the time of inspection.

The home maintains a clean, tidy environment free from unpleasant odours. Staff numbers are adequate, and those employed have been recruited safely. People are protected from risk of harm and abuse, with staff understanding the need to update care plans and risk assessments in response to changing support needs. Staff receive training relevant to the people they care for and benefit from ongoing supervision by the registered manager. Medication support is provided, and people's health and wellbeing needs are met with access to health and social care professionals.
