Faircross Care Home London Limited provides personal care for up to five people with autism or learning disabilities. At inspection, five people were living in the home. The service maintained robust infection control measures, requiring visitors to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination status and negative test results before entry, and supplying them with personal protective equipment.

Staff were tested regularly through weekly PCR tests and three times weekly lateral flow tests, with only negative results permitted to work. The home had adequate staffing levels, with a contingency plan in place through an employment agency to cover absences during emergencies.
