Fern Leaf Carehome Limited

Fern Leaf Carehome accommodates up to five people with mental health needs, learning disabilities and/or autism across three floors with adapted facilities and ensuite rooms. At inspection, all five residents were living at the home. Staff arranged care and support according to people's preferences, supporting them to integrate into the local community and maintain independence. Staff respected residents' dignity, privacy and human rights, providing personalised care tailored to individual needs.

The home's values and attitudes enabled residents to feel empowered in their daily lives. Staff and managers fostered an environment where people could be as independent as possible. Residents reported feeling safe at the home.
