Strathfield Gardens

Strathfield Gardens provides accommodation and personal care for up to seven adults with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder, with five people living there at the time of the assessment. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding effective safeguarding systems, safe staffing levels and thorough recruitment checks in place, alongside good support for people to take managed risks.

Inspectors found people were supported to make choices, maintain independence and consent to their care, with decisions made lawfully where capacity was limited. People and relatives said they felt safe and well cared for, and were regularly consulted through meetings, reviews and surveys about their care and activities.
