About Oak House
Oak House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 11 adults with mental health support needs. At the time of the inspection, 11 people were living at the service.
Staffing levels were insufficient at weekends despite people reporting they received support when needed. The staff rota revealed inadequate weekend coverage, and allocation documents lacked clarity about which staff were assigned to individual residents. The registered manager took immediate action in response to staffing concerns. Risks associated with people's care and support needs had been assessed and planned for through new electronic systems.
