Eros Crescent

Eros Crescent is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to four people with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs. The service focuses on enabling people to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence, offering planned and person-centred support tailored to individual needs.

Inspectors found that people were protected from abuse with safety risks assessed and managed through specific plans. The home maintained adequate staffing levels with appropriate recruitment checks, and staff received relevant training and support. Medicines were administered as prescribed, and infection control measures were in place. Care plans were developed based on individual assessments, and incident management systems allowed the home to learn from events. The service supported residents to maintain healthy diets and facilitated access to health professionals when needed.
