Regent Road

Regent Road accommodates up to 16 people with learning disabilities, with 15 people using the service at the time of inspection. Although larger than most domestic properties, the building design fits naturally into the residential area with other similarly sized homes, and there are no identifying signs indicating it is a care home, which mitigates potential negative impacts of the size.

People told inspectors they received a good service and felt safe. Risks were well managed, and the provider demonstrated they learned from previous accidents and incidents to reduce future risks.
