Enderby Grange

This residential care home accommodates up to 40 older people, some living with dementia, in a purpose-built facility with bedroom and communal rooms on both ground and first floors. At inspection, 33 people were using the service.

Staff and visiting professionals identified that communication could be improved to ensure all team members remained updated on people's health, wellbeing, and care needs. However, family members reported that the management team listened and acted upon concerns they raised, and people expressed confidence in raising issues and spoke of positive relationships with staff.
