Inspectors observed thorough infection prevention and control practices, including proper hand hygiene and correct use of personal protective equipment by staff in accordance with national guidance. A designated cleaning team conducts regular audits to ensure cleanliness standards are met, and the provider ensures adequate supplies of protective equipment are available for all staff members.
