Holly Bank Care Home

Holly Bank Care Home provides accommodation for up to 31 older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 19 residents were living at the home. During the inspection, inspectors found that staff offered residents regular drinks with choices readily available, and hydration charts were maintained to monitor intake. When concerns arose about insufficient fluid consumption, staff took appropriate action to monitor and support residents. Heating equipment was functioning properly and had been professionally inspected and certified as safe and effective. While no significant concerns were identified regarding resident safety and care provision, inspectors noted that some areas of the home required refurbishment to maintain environmental standards.
