At inspection, 31 people were living at the service across two floors. Residents reported feeling safe and staff demonstrated knowledge of identifying and reporting concerns. The home maintained safe recruitment and selection processes and managed risks to people's safety through established risk management procedures.

Staff were described as caring by residents and relatives, with efforts made to promote people's independence. The provider faced recruitment challenges and relied on regular agency staff, though sufficient staff were deployed to meet people's needs. Medicines were managed safely with people receiving prescribed medications as intended.
