Inspectors found clear, personalised care plans, safe and well-recruited staffing, and good management of risk and infection control. Staff were described as kind and compassionate, and people and relatives said they felt safe and listened to. Leaders were seen as passionate and supportive, with strong links to healthcare professionals and a good range of activities on offer.
