Abingdon Court provides personal and nursing care for up to 64 people across three separate wings with adapted facilities. At inspection, 48 people were living at the service. Residents received safe care from skilled and knowledgeable staff who understood how to identify and report concerns.
The provider maintained safe recruitment and selection processes, with sufficient staffing deployed to meet people's needs.
Risks to residents' safety and well-being were managed through established risk management processes. Medicines were managed and administered safely, with people receiving their prescribed medications as intended.
