Oxford Manor Care Home

Alma Barn Lodge accommodates up to 85 people across three floors, with one wing specialising in nursing care. At inspection, 33 people were living at the home. The service provides accommodation alongside nursing and personal care as a single package.

Inspectors found that people were not always protected from harm. Risk assessments did not consistently identify all known risks or contain sufficient mitigation strategies, with particular concerns identified around skin pressure damage, health concerns, and food and fluids management. Staffing levels were not always sufficient to meet people's needs in a timely manner.
