This assessment followed earlier breaches around consent, governance, safe care, staffing and person-centred care. The CQC found these had all been resolved, with clear care plans, safe staffing levels, good risk management and a clean, well-maintained environment.

Inspectors found staff to be kind, attentive and well supported, with regular supervision and strong links to healthcare professionals. People and relatives described feeling safe and well cared for, with personalised activities and good communication from staff. The service is now rated Good overall.
