Eldon House Residential Home

Medicines were safely managed, and infection control measures included regular COVID-19 testing and enhanced cleaning protocols. The home maintained appropriate staffing levels and had robust recruitment procedures to ensure staff suitability.

People living at the service were relaxed and comfortable with staff, readily asking for help when needed. The home was undergoing environmental improvements, though the service was still working to complete decoration updates and replace furniture and flooring.
