Eden House

Eden House provides personal care to up to 53 older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 50 people were using the service. The home is led by an enthusiastic and dedicated management team that places people, relatives, and staff at the heart of its operations. Staff are motivated to go above and beyond to meet people's needs and wishes, demonstrating exceptional care and compassion. People and relatives consistently felt their views were valued and listened to, with management actively using feedback to enhance care. Health professionals, residents, relatives, and staff all gave especially positive feedback about the quality of care, describing the home in exceptional terms and noting its extremely positive ethos.
