Church View provides residential care for up to 45 people aged 65 and above, including those living with dementia. At inspection, the home was supporting 43 residents. The service had implemented comprehensive infection control measures, including temperature checks and health questionnaires for visiting health professionals, along with appropriate use of personal protective equipment.

Staff received training in correct PPE procedures and the home maintained sufficient stocks of masks, gloves, aprons and hand sanitiser at stations throughout the building. A structured cleaning schedule was in place with regular sanitising of high-touch surfaces such as door handles and light switches. Management spoke positively about how staff supported residents and one another during the inspection period.
