About Devonshire House
Devonshire House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 25 people, some living with dementia. During the inspection, 21 residents were using the service.
People said they felt safe and well cared for. Staff understood their safeguarding responsibilities and people were protected from abuse. The home had implemented improvements to medicines management since the last inspection, ensuring this was now safe. Comprehensive and personalised care plans and risk assessments were in place for all residents.
