This residential care home provides personal care and support for up to 25 older people, some living with dementia, and those with physical disabilities and sensory impairments. The service operates from an adapted three-storey building and had 18 residents at the time of inspection.

Inspectors found that people and staff were not always protected from infection risks, as policy and procedures were not being consistently followed. While improvements had been made quickly to prevent harm, these changes needed to become more sustainable and embedded in practice.

Staffing levels provided adequate support for residents' personal care needs, though the home was advised that staffing arrangements required further review.
