The Laurels Ltd accommodates up to 32 people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 23 residents were living at the service. The home maintains high standards of cleanliness, with regular cleaning of all areas and designated schedules for high touch points and deep cleaning. A separate visitors room with its own entrance allows relatives to visit safely, with temperature checks and personal protective equipment in place.

The service actively supports residents' connections with family and friends through telephone calls and electronic devices. New admissions follow safe procedures aligned with government guidance, with residents isolated in their rooms for 14 days upon arrival.
