Silvanna Court

Silvanna Court is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 83 older people. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding that people were involved in planning their own care, had enough to eat and drink, and were treated with kindness and compassion by staff who knew them well.

Inspectors found staff responded promptly to people's needs, and managers shared a clear vision of person centred care. The provider maintained good oversight, worked well with the local community, and showed a culture of continuous improvement. Families and residents spoke positively about the care provided.
