Silvanna Court

Silvanna Court provides personal and nursing care to up to 83 people, primarily older adults and those with dementia. The home is organised across three separate floors, each with communal lounges and dining areas. At the time of inspection, 79 people were using the service.

Residents and their relatives expressed satisfaction with the care provided. One person commented, "Staff are very good, no complaints at all. If I ask for something, it is done straight away." Another resident said, "The staff always look after me. I like to walk around and talk to people." Care and treatment are planned and delivered with attention to people's safety and welfare, supported by staff who have undergone appropriate recruitment and employment procedures.
