Eagle House accommodates up to 46 people across a main building and four adjacent bungalows, providing nursing and personal care for those with enduring mental health needs or requiring nursing support. The home has improved its food and fluid intake records, décor, staff care standards, and governance arrangements since the last inspection. Staff numbers are adequate to meet people's needs in a timely manner, and the home maintains high standards of cleanliness and infection control. People are safeguarded from abuse, and the home systematically records and analyzes accidents and incidents to identify patterns, learn lessons, and mitigate future risks.
