Broomgrove Trust Nursing Home

Broomgrove Trust Nursing Home accommodates up to 40 older people requiring personal or nursing care, many living with dementia, across an adapted two-storey building. During inspection, 35 people were using the service.

The home had insufficient staff safely deployed to meet people's needs promptly. Staff training records were not clearly monitored, leaving uncertainty about whether staff had current health and safety knowledge and the right skills to support people safely. Management systems failed to effectively identify and address areas requiring improvement, with inconsistencies found across several records.
