At inspection, the home supported 28 long-term residents and 11 people receiving short-term reablement support. Medicines were managed safely with staff assessed as competent, and people were safeguarded from abuse through effective risk identification and mitigation strategies detailed in care assessments.

The home maintained high standards of cleanliness and infection control. Staffing levels were sufficient to respond promptly to residents' needs, and the service systematically recorded and analysed accidents and incidents to identify trends and patterns.
