About Dorset House

Dorset House is a nursing home in Worcestershire, providing personal and nursing care for older people. The findings below set out the Care Quality Commission's most recent assessment of the service.

Dorset House provides personal and nursing care for up to 42 older people in one large adapted building. At inspection, 35 people were living at the home. Staff supported people with their individual needs, though care documentation was incomplete, which could result in inconsistent personalised responses to people's needs.

The registered manager and staff worked in partnership with other health and social care professionals to provide responsive and continuous care. People living at the home and their relatives were positive about the care and support provided by staff.
