Dimensions Somerset Spring View

Dimensions Somerset Spring View is a care home supporting a small number of people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and sensory needs. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding significant improvements since the last inspection, when staffing had been a concern. Inspectors found strong, experienced leadership, safe recruitment practices and a positive culture where staff felt valued and supported.

People told inspectors they felt safe and were treated with kindness, patience and respect. Care was person-centred, promoting independence through assistive technology and support to stay connected with family and community. People and relatives said they knew how to raise concerns and felt confident these would be addressed.
