Dimensions Somerset Selwyn House

Selwyn House provides short stay opportunities and emergency assessment placements for up to eight people at a time, though at inspection 18 people were using the service for regular short stays or assessments. The home accommodates residents across two areas, one for people with more complex needs and another for more able individuals. Each person has a personalised bedroom with their belongings during their stay. Staff communicated with residents through verbal interaction, observations and responses, capturing the views of those who could not verbally express themselves.
