Diamond House

Diamond House is a residential care home accommodating 74 people across two separate buildings with adapted facilities, providing support to people with physical disabilities and those living with dementia. At inspection, 64 people were using the service.

The home's systems for assessing and monitoring quality and risks had been improved but remained insufficiently robust in some areas. Inspectors identified that cleanliness and hygiene in parts of the service required improvement, though immediate actions were taken to address these concerns.
