Five Rivers Living Residential Home

Five Rivers Living Residential Home provides residential care and support for older people, including those living with dementia. The CQC found the service is now rated Good overall, having previously been in breach of regulations covering safety, staffing, premises and person-centred care. Inspectors found substantial improvements had been made across all areas under new, hands-on leadership.

Staff were knowledgeable and kind, and there were enough of them to meet people's needs promptly. Meals were nutritionally balanced, people were supported to stay active, and risks were well managed. Relatives praised the friendly, homely atmosphere and said the home was well organised, safe and welcoming.
