The management team has recently undergone changes and receives support from the regional manager and quality team. They have identified improvement areas and are working through an action plan. Staff safeguard people from abuse, recognising and reporting concerns appropriately. Risks in people's care are identified and managed safely, and people receive their medicines as prescribed by trained staff who receive ongoing support in safe medicine handling.
