Sandygate Residential Care Home

Sandygate provides personal care for up to 54 people, with 45 residents at the time of inspection. Some people are living with dementia. Staff demonstrate strong safeguarding practices, knowing how to recognise and report concerns with confidence that management will take appropriate action. The home identifies and mitigates risks associated with people's care, with health and safety checks carried out in line with current expectations. Accidents and incidents are analysed to prevent future occurrences. People receive their medicines as prescribed. The home is clean and well maintained, with the building in good condition.
