Dalemead Care Home Limited

Dalemead provides residential care for up to 49 older people, including those with dementia. At inspection, 43 people were using the service. The home runs a thriving activities programme both internally and through external organisations, actively promoting engagement within the community and exploring new ways to help people access activities and avoid social isolation. Staff and residents are empowered to pursue and run activities with full support from the registered manager and senior staff. Care plans are individualised to meet people's specific needs, including end of life care arrangements.
