Alexander House

This residential care home in East Sheen provides personal and nursing care for up to 16 people aged 65 and over across two houses. At inspection, all 16 places were occupied.

People and their relatives described the service as safe, with staff trained in safeguarding procedures and aware of how to protect against harm and abuse. Staffing levels were sufficient to keep residents safe, and trained staff followed government COVID-19 guidance. The registered manager responded promptly to identify and act on learning opportunities. An inspector recommendation was made regarding medicines management.
