This has evolved into a 'My Life' TV channel offering residents access to topics of personal interest on demand.

The home is led and managed in a positive, open and transparent way with a clear inclusive culture. Staff understand and follow the provider's vision and values, with well-defined areas of responsibility and accountability. The service conducts thorough audits and maintains up-to-date records.

The home actively establishes community links and working partnerships to minimise residents' social isolation. Healthcare professionals reported that the service is very well managed and meets people's needs in a professional, open, caring and friendly manner.
