The service has developed innovative approaches to enhance residents' quality of life, including participation in the 'My Life' project, which uses biographical reminiscence films to reduce anxiety and enrich wellbeing. This has evolved into a 'My Life' TV channel offering residents access to topics of personal interest on demand.
