Cecil Court provides accommodation and personal care for up to 45 older people, including those living with dementia. The service has developed innovative approaches to enhance residents' quality of life, including participation in the 'My Life' project, which uses biographical reminiscence films to reduce anxiety and enrich wellbeing. This has evolved into a 'My Life' TV channel offering residents access to topics of personal interest on demand.

The home is led and managed in a positive, open and transparent way with a clear inclusive culture. Staff understand and follow the provider's vision and values, with well-defined areas of responsibility and accountability. The service conducts thorough audits and maintains up-to-date records.
