Alyson House

Alyson House provides personal care to people with a learning disability and autism, supporting 9 people at the time of the CQC's assessment. Inspectors found the home performing well, with people describing themselves as happy and relatives praising the family-like care provided. There were enough staff, safe recruitment practices, and people were supported to make choices in the least restrictive way possible.

Care was person-centred, protecting people's dignity and independence, with staff working well alongside healthcare professionals. Leaders promoted an inclusive, empowering culture, encouraging people to engage with their local community. The service was rated Good overall.
