Cross Lane House

Cross Lane House provides accommodation and support for up to 18 older people, with 13 residents living there at the time of inspection, some of whom had dementia. The home has implemented thoughtful visiting arrangements, allowing designated visitors inside while offering additional visits in a converted bedroom with a full-length screen separating visitors from residents. Visitors undergo lateral flow tests and temperature checks before entry, use a separate entrance, and wear full personal protective equipment. The visiting room is cleaned between each visit. Residents are also supported to maintain contact with loved ones through phone and video calls.
