The home operates across three floors: Stafford for residential support, Walton as a dedicated memory suite for people living with dementia, and Offley for those with onset dementia symptoms.

Inspectors found that people received very well-coordinated care from staff who were consistently kind, caring and compassionate. Staff demonstrated strong knowledge and understanding of individual residents' needs. Comments from residents and their relatives were consistently positive about the quality of care provided.
