Queensway House is a purpose-built care home providing nursing care for up to 22 people with mental health support needs. Set over two floors, each resident has a self-contained flat with a bedroom, living area, kitchen, and bathroom. The home held 20 residents at the time of inspection.

People living at the home were positive about the care they received and expressed contentment with their living situation. Staff had developed effective relationships with residents and demonstrated kind, caring approaches throughout. The home maintained a person-centred culture that respected dignity and privacy.

Staff reported being able to build positive relationships with the people they supported.
