Rocklee Residential Home Limited

This residential home provides care and support for people with mental health needs, currently caring for ten residents out of a maximum capacity of eleven. Staff have the necessary training and experience, with sufficient numbers available to support residents safely.

The home maintains safe care practices through individual risk assessment and review processes. Medicines are managed safely, and infection control procedures are in place. When incidents occur, the service learns from them to improve practice. Residents are supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff enabling this through the least restrictive approaches possible and in residents' best interests.
